Reporting Time
Reporting time is 15 minutes prior to the departure of the coach. Please ensure that you make yourself clearly visible to the coach driver at intermediate stops.

Luggage
 2 pieces (max. 25kg each) per person free
 Extra luggage, where space available, $10.00 per item
 Please label luggage to your final destination, as we cannot accept responsibility for     unlabelled luggage

Carry On Items
 For safety reasons each customer is limited to one item (max 5kg)
 Your driver will use his/her discretion to ensure your, and your fellow passengers, comfort
 As we are a passenger service, we do not carry freight or unaccompanied luggage

Larger Items (eg, bicycles, surfboards etc.)
 Will be carried, subject to space availability, limited to one item per person
 Cost $10.00 per item
 In the interest of other traveller's luggage, all bicycles must have the pedals removed and     the chain covered

Refreshments & Comfort Stops
 All services have regular, scheduled comfort and refreshment stops

Animals
 Guide dogs are welcome on board

Smoking
 Under the provisions of the Smoke Free Environments Act (1990), coach services are     required to be smoke-free

    alter prices and timetables and to arrange alternative transport or routes without notice.
