All fares are subject to cancellation and refund conditions. A change or
amendment to your travel after ticketing will be treated as a cancellation
and a new booking will be made.

Please make sure you understand which conditions apply to your bookings:

All fares except Saver fares, cancelled up to 2 hours before departure - 100% refund
Saver fares cancelled up to 2 hours before departure - 50% refund
All fares, except Saver fares, cancelled within 2 hours of departure - 50% refund (50% cancellation charge)
Saver fares cancelled within 2 hours before departure - no refund (100% cancellation charge)
Refunds must be claimed within 1 month or forfeited
Failure to join the service, no show or cancellation after departure - no refunds - all fare types
